| Here at the close of the 20th Century, the designs for a new communications research laboratory have begun. I sit now in a virtual reality representation of the human part of this lab. | This lab will have many facilities to promote human- cetacean interaction, co-habitation, and hopefully, actual interspecies communication. | Allow me to outline the plans for this facility, and encourge your interest in the cetaceans, and in humans communicating with them. |
