The lab I have outlined here, not only allows for non-captive research of dolphins, but also could be used as a facility to return already captive dolphins to the wild. A tank with open access to the sea allows for an easier transition for the dolphin into the wild, than going back 'cold turkey'.	The idea of speaking to another species is viewed with skepticism, but it IS possible and it WILL happen, whether we do it ourselves, or it is forced upon us by those we meet as we explore space, both outer and inner.	This talk has been designed to insipire, and as a call to action.
