EDITORS NOTE-- The task of maintaining two complete sites, a "high bandwidth"-->fancy, with plenty 'o' gizmos type site, and a "low bandwidth"-->all of the text, but none of the potential machine- crashing fluff, is being halted for now.

But all is not lost. The latests in low-band technology are the "JCL Website A to Z", and the "Improved Website Outline." These pages should help those on even the slowest of connections. But beware,..these pages' links go to the graphics-ridden high-band side, not to duplicate, lo-fi pages as the "old" outline did.

The "old" outline (outline.html) is being preserved, as it is an excellent singlular document for JCL information.
